When we fly, the sight of the receding landscape reveals the unique patterns of the waters and the land. These intertwining patterns inspired the idea for the Budapest bag.
The layered decoration on the sides of the bag depicts a map of Budapest—exactly half of it. The wavy edges reflect the waves of the “blue” Danube.
The basic concept was inspired by the Bauhaus, modern architecture, and, more specifically, Constructivism. The style is characterized by the combination of different materials and the use of geometric forms. These stylistic elements are reflected in this capsule collection.
The collection is named “Kite,” a reference to the paper kite. The geometry of the deltoid and rhombus shapes gives the bags a distinctive, unique look. The textures of the various leathers make each piece even more striking.

The extravagant bags created by the owner and designer of the Be Different Designer Leather Goods brand are designed for those who love to stand out from the crowd, are ready for a fresh start, are bold, and are true to themselves.

At the sold-out event, 23 Hungarian fashion designers showcased their clothing, jewelry, and handbags in a variety of styles, offering inspiration for both street style enthusiasts and those getting ready for prom season.

Be Different showcased its beautiful bags for the evening, and guests had the opportunity to view the latest collection. Each piece is crafted from high-quality leather, making it a true gem for any wardrobe.

The bags’ colors and designs are unique and captivating. You’ve also thought of men, so they can break free from the stereotype of the traditional briefcase. Who do you design your collections for?

Éva Szabó is the founder and designer of the BE DFFRNT brand. Her first leather bag collection, inspired by the deltoid shape and a play on rhombus geometry, was named “kite.”

Her bags aren’t just unique—they also pair beautifully with everyday outfits, one and all. We spoke with the brand’s founder and designer! Like every woman, Éva believed that you can never have enough bags, so it was only natural that she would launch a handbag brand.
